1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
The item is not damaged due to customer misuse
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized products
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
A wrong item or size sent by us
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Product defects
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
The returned item passes quality inspection
The item meets return eligibility requirements
Refund method:
Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD): refund via bank transfer or store credit
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
